The 2012 International Conservation Photography Awards is a continuation of Art Wolfe’s vision and has become a biennial (every two years) international event. Each year the ICP Awards strives to increase its reach and influence to photographers from around the world as well as to diverse audiences who will be inspired by the work – and the 2010 program exemplified that effort stunningly by the quality and number of images submitted by photographers from a record number of countries throughout the globe. Moreover the Burke Museum of History and Culture mounted a breathtakingly beautiful show in 2010, so we’re thrilled to continue that partnership. How the Burke can top last time we have no idea, but be prepared again for another world-class exhibit at the Burke opening in June, 2012, and this year running for 5 months, through November 25, 2012.
This is a Paid Competition
Deadline: 28 February 2012
