Nikon UK is pleased to announce details of the hugely popular Nikon Photo Contest International 2008-2009. The competition, now in its 32nd year attracted over 16,000 entrants from 135 different countries and the submission of more than 47,000 images. Entries for the competition will be accepted from 1 September to 30 November 2008. The theme for the competition is ‘At the Heart of the Image’, which is also the brand statement of the Nikon Imaging Company. With this theme, Nikon challenges photographers to capture images that reflect a passion for photography and demonstrates the richness and human diversity of life.
